Shipping policy

All items are in stock and ship from Nova Scotia Canada. Items should ship within 3-5 Business days unless otherwise stated via Canada Post / USPS. Each Skein will be shipped individually to avoid costly shipping charges unless upgraded shipping options are selected, or the order is large enough to accommodate such shipping.

Expected Delivery within Canada is 7-15 days, USA can take 10-42 Days due to Customs and USPS, Tracking is not available unless upgraded shipping is purchased.

When your yarn arrives don’t be shocked. When practical we vacuum seal our yarns to keep them safe and reduce the cost of shipping. You can store it as is, or carefully snip the package, and your yarn will “inflate” returning to its original self.
