Hand Dyed Woven Shawl/Throw (Merino/Silk)

Hand painted merino/silk wool skeins were used to weave this shawl/throw on a traditional floor loom here at the RavensWood Studio.

A true one of a kind piece, this shawl uses merino wool for the warp. The weft is an artful combination of  merino boucle and hand spun merino/silk.  The fringe is twisted with a coordinating glass bead on each tassel..

Measurements: 174x69cm (68x27in) excluding fringe
